This is a personal project centering on the brand Chloe. In this project, I thoroughly researched the brand and its business environment. On the basis of the evaluation of the brand’s current business model, I provided recommendations on three main topics, including emissions, inclusivity, and materials, for Chloe to improve its sustainability performance.
